  1. BS5837:2005 "Trees in Relation to Construction".

Our report will identify the tree condition and retention category. This allows a Tree Constraints Plan to be formulated along with an Arboricultural Implications Assessment. CAD diagrams illustrating Root Protection Areas using our in house 2009 CAD DWG software are then produced. This allows design architects and engineers to layer the information with their working designs in a professional and efficient manner. These form the basis for the Tree Protection Plan and Construction Exclusion Zones. Finally an Arboricultural Method Statement can be produced along with recommendations for ground protection and any associated construction conflicts.

  1. Subsidence Reports: ArB Tree Care can undertake on site surveys for insurance purposes if tree related subsidence is thought to be occurring on any property. The formulation of a report will identify, evaluate and possibly mitigate the extent of direct or indirect impacts that any existing trees are having upon the site conditions.

  2. Mortgage Reports: Mortgage and Insurance companies may require arboricultural reports if surveyors highlight the potential of a tree related risk or damage to a property now or in the future. We can undertake full on site assessments to evaluate any perceived or actual associated risk and produce a management strategy to comply with the Mortgage and Insurance companies requirements.

  3. Individual/Group Tree Assessments:

    Landowners and managers have a duty of care under the Occupiers Liability Act (1967 and 1984). This states an occupier of a site has a duty of care to take reasonable steps to prevent or minimise the risk of personal injury or damage to property arising from the presence of any tree on the site or from its breakage or uprooting. As such it is important that landowners make a recorded assessment of the condition of the trees on their property/land.
