ARB TREE CARE LTD
ArB Tree Care Ltd offers expert consultancy advice on all aspects of tree management. Advice, reports and recommendations are all provided by fully qualified and insured professionals in order to meet all of your domestic and commercial needs. Below are some of the most frequent reports we undertake.
Tree Risk Assessment
Landowners and managers have a duty of care under the Occupiers Liability Act (1967 and 1984). This states an occupier of a site has a duty of care to take reasonable steps to prevent or minimise the risk of personal injury or damage to property arising from the presence of any tree on the site or from its breakage or uprooting. As such it is important that landowners make a recorded assessment of the condition of the trees on their property/land. Arb Tree Care Ltd. has extensive experience with both individuals and large corporations and universities.
BS5837:2012 Trees in Relation to Construction Report
This report is for anyone planning to alter property or land that contains or is close to trees. This includes any construction, demolition, design or renovation that may take place. This is a requirement of everyone, be it large companies or individual home owners as it is important not only to protect wildlife, but also ensure that large trees will not affect the development of the new builds. The report will include a Tree Survey plan which shows the location of all trees on the premises, a Schedule which records details such as TPOs, tree heights and age class, and a Tree Constraints plan which includes details such as an individual Tree quality Plan, the Root Protection Area and any Future Growth Potential.
ArB Tree Care Ltd.’s managing director, Anthony Bethell, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Foresters and as such provides a full and professional consultancy and management service to all woodland owners. We have experience in all aspects of woodland management, whether this is for timber production/marketing, conservation value, amenity value or sporting value. Advice and a professional management service can be provided as either a one off service (for instance thinning volume assessments) or a continual annual consultancy service depending upon the owner’s objectives and requirements.
ArB Tree Care can undertake on site surveys for insurance purposes if tree related subsidence is thought to be occurring on any property. The formulation of a report will identify, evaluate and possibly mitigate the extent of direct or indirect impacts that any existing trees are having upon the site conditions.
Mortgage and Insurance companies may require arboricultural reports if surveyors highlight the potential of a tree related risk or damage to a property now or in the future. We can undertake full on site assessments to evaluate any perceived or actual associated risk and produce a management strategy to comply with the Mortgage and Insurance companies’ requirements.
Over the years we have undertaken this work for Local Authorities, Highway Agencies, Universities, Cemeteries, and Private Estates and Individual Land owners. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements on 01538 756644 or email email@example.com, no matter if it is an individual tree assessment or an Urban street tree inventory.
