Supporting the Armed Forces community is more than just something we do, it’s part of who we are. We are incredibly proud to stand alongside the people who have served our country recognising the dedication and commitment they have shown throughout their military careers.
We’re honoured to have former members of the British Armed Forces as part of the ARB team. Their experience, work ethic and commitment make them an invaluable part of our company and we remain committed to supporting veterans both within our workforce and throughout the wider community.
Supporting Veteran Charities
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of supporting a number of fantastic organisations that work tirelessly to improve the lives of veterans and serving personnel.
These include:

- Veteran Charity
- 60 Squadron RAF
- A number of other veteran and Armed Forces charities and organisations
These organisations provide invaluable support through welfare assistance, fundraising, remembrance events, community projects and practical help for veterans and their families. We are proud to contribute to their work whenever we can and to help raise awareness of the important services they provide.
ERS Gold Award Recognition
We are extremely proud to have achieved the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Award, the highest level of recognition available to employers who demonstrate exceptional support for the Armed Forces community.
Receiving the ERS Gold Award reflects our ongoing commitment to:
- Supporting veterans, reservists and members of the Armed Forces community.
- Promoting the value that service personnel bring to civilian employment.
- Creating opportunities for former service personnel to develop successful careers.
